BestMachete.com is published by High Performance Media LLC. When a reader follows certain links and completes a purchase, the publisher may receive compensation from the seller. This does not add a fee to the reader's order.
How we label commercial links
A page containing a paid commercial relationship identifies it plainly with “Advertisement” or “Ad” near the recommendation and before the first outbound commercial link. The disclosure is intended to be noticeable without interrupting the factual analysis.
What compensation does not change
Compensation does not change manufacturer specifications, erase limitations or make a product the right tool for every reader. We may conclude that a reader should buy a folding saw, buy an axe, keep an existing tool or buy nothing.
